"You're a widow, go and die!" That's what Governor Adams Oshiomhole said to widow during a sanitation exercise of Benin City with some state officials recently. The woman was hawking on the road side which is illegal in the state.The lady started pleading that she wasn't selling....that she was only waiting for a vehicle, that that's how she usually places her goods when trying to get a transport.
But the Governor insisted she was lying.
